Palm Cove was a peaceful and restful space. The accommodation was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The place was squeaky clean with comfy beds and linen. Matthew was organized and easy to communicate with. Noordhoek was a lovely area to be located in with lots of restaurants to try. A great spot to escape busier parts of Cape Town.

Our stay was beautiful - the perfect start to our South Africa trip! Our little daughter (and also we parents;-)) loved the pool and the playground. The personal welcome from Shannon was very nice and generally the communication with Matt and also Shannon was very easy. We would definitely book the place again. Thank you and all love. • Noordhaven Villa

My family and I had the best time here, we were so sad to leave. Other guests have already mentioned the incredible house, garden and vineyard, plus the unbeatable location (Farm Village is so convenient for shopping and dining, with a lively playground for kids, and the beach is a stone’s throw away) - and our nature loving kids certainly had the time of their lives with that special eco pool… But what really set this trip apart for us was how wonderful our hosts Matt and Shannon were. Just really lovely people (with their adorable, happy kids!) who went above and beyond on timely communication, being super responsiveness on issues eg helping us figure out load shedding, sharing local tips for family-friendly outdoor adventures, hosting a wine-tasting event for us and friends at the vineyard, and just generally being kind and welcoming, friendly and fun. We look forward to returning, thank you Matt and Shannon!!

Unpretentious, comfortable, beautiful space. We really appreciated the attention to detail and felt at home very quickly. Many cool spots around within walking distance. Favourite moment was watching the full moon creep over the mountains from the patio, which lit up the entire place during load shedding. To top it off, Matthew is a legend :) DO say yes to his wine suggestions. Quality experience, thank you

• Ravens Nest

I cannot recommend this place enough! Noordhoek is beautiful and the location of this is super - there are so many spots within walking distance. Waking up to that view from the living room area was something else - I only wish we had more time to spend there. Matthew was such a friendly and helpful host and guide too - book if you’re considering this!

Amazing view of the mountains & sky! Great location. Amazing host. Matt went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I had a great stay. Last thing, if you want to go on a tour and explore. Please let Matt tell you and take you to the hidden spots! TRUST ME!

A perfect peaceful getaway just round the corner from cape town. The place itself is awesome - tasteful decoration, comfortable beds, good shower and comfy chill space. And the garden is just beautiful, lush vegetation at the foot of the mountain makes for gorgeous views. There's so much on the doorstep too - great restaurants and a clean sandy beach just 10 mins walk. Matt was also an amazing host - responsive and welcoming and full of great tips for the area. Best place we've stayed in a long time - 10/10"
