It has a modern and spacious flow with stunning open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that opens up onto an outside patio, garden and vineyards. In the garden there is an outside seating area as well as an eco pool with sun loungers to relax and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.
The separate cottage has a king bed, small kitchenette, bathroom and it's own entrance. The cottage is adjacent to the main house.
This stunning house is newly renovated and perfect for a friends or family getaway. All rooms are light and spacious with plenty of storage. The house has lots of areas for relaxing. There is a covered Braai/ BBQ and outside dining area that leads on to the lawn and vineyards.
There is a wood burner in the open plan lounge so the house house is warm and cosy through the cooler winter months as well.
The house has solar power so no interruptions to entertainment or work during loadshedding.
It is the perfect place for families, with plenty to keep kids and adults entertained in the stunning garden. It is also great for those who love nature and tranquility, but want to stay within close proximity to local beaches, vineyards, restaurants, markets and Cape Town city center.
